where do I find the original install disk for a macbook

I want to erase my macbook to give to a friend, but I don't have the original install disk - it is also running the last system available for this laptop.

Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)

I actually want to leave the software on it, but delete or change the apple id to the new owner and delete all my ids and email accounts.
